If you require assistance with a rail-related matter, please submit your enquiry through the portal. Please note that we will prioritise RSSB member enquiries over non-RSSB member queries.
To use this portal, please register for an RSSB account then log in to the portal. You will then be able to create and submit your enquiry (case).
Your enquiry will be routed to the relevant technical expert(s) within RSSB.
For any non-technical queries such as careers at RSSB or invoice enquiries, please refer to our ‘How to Find Us and Corporate Contacts’ page.
RSSB does not provide support for resolving complaints with rail companies. These enquiries should be directed to the relevant train operating company or Transport Focus .
