Two gummies would be close to the doses used in clinical studies. There’s a brand with a sleep product that has about 50mg of cbd and 17mg cbn and it took about 6 weeks to see results but they were significant. There were three groups in the study, one on no dose, one on a low dose and one on a high dose.

Hemp and CBD are actually illegal cannot be sold to consumers in Idaho if it has any THC whatsoever.. Because of that, about a year ago I started experimenting with CBD. I bought isolate gummies, oil and flowers from a few different companies to see what I liked. I feel like the CBD made me a little mellow after taking it, especially the gummies (25 mg), but nothing too profound and I eventually stopped using CBD and went completely sober.

Curious if anyone can recommend cbd gummies ordered online? Ideally dye and sugar free or low sugar if that even exists?
